Don't Avoid It
It’s not always obvious. Sometimes it’s just a quiet sense that something isn’t quite right – internally, relationally, or in the world around you. You might not have words for it yet. That’s okay.
Jesus knows that feeling. There are things forming… truths not yet ready to be spoken, realities not yet fully faced.
Notice what’s there. Name it honestly. And when it feels like too much, don’t rush to fix it or push it away. Instead, stay with it – without pretending it’s not real and without forcing yourself past what you can carry. Move at the pace you can hold. Because even that – choosing not to avoid it – is already a step forward.
